IMG_3569small.JPGUpdate 1:

News:
new containers, each for various purposes
new containers=more grease storage! + use of drum barrel filters

What we did:
dumped 400micron filtered grease into big 55 gallon drum (filtered with 100micron bucket filter)

Agenda:
should we put all filtered grease into one 55 gallon drum (we'd have more buckets leftover)
alternatives to paper-towels so we can be less wasteful (ex: air dry, towels, ect. ect.)
minimize or eliminate electric drill use pump usage (drill seems frustrating and not efficient)

..and th-th-th-th-th-that's all folks!

500 gallons of grease from Legal Sea Foods. Thank you STS!
Update 2:
(Jeez updates are lame!)

News:
First successful batch made!
STS dropped off totes of grease... all 500 gallons of it. >>>>

What we did:
98% of grease from buckets filtered... w00t!
dumping method with buckets eliminates most need for drill pump

(perhaps left to someone who's more in tune with production
Agenda:
What to do about the big container of unfiltered grease
how are we gonna use these totes?!

. ..and thats allmost all folks!
